Barcelona was my very first holiday since Matt and I moved to Amsterdam. This city blew both of our minds. There is so much to do; from the beach and tapas, to art and gothic churches. Expect to stay out late and sleep in. Seriously, most people in Barcelona tend to eat dinner around 10pm. We were starving and ate at 8pm; we were eating with the kitchen staff. Ha.
